Welcome to our November Newsletter 2022.

As the year draws to a close, I want to thank you for your continued support and interest in our NGO. It’s been a very busy time building back to strength after the pandemic, but I am glad to report that all is going well here in Cambodia.

Green Umbrella has successfully nurtured 128 kindergarteners through our Early Childhood Education program in 2022. In January this will expand to 144 children as the program continues to evolve.

Our Youth Program was solidified with 76 KKS alumni taking classes in math, physics, khmer and english. They also learned new skills in computers, robotics and life skills along with participating in a camping weekend to develop teamwork and leadership skills. Green Umbrella will continue to develop the Youth Program and increase participation to 200 youth in 2023.

It’s been wonderful to welcome back many volunteers in recent months as you can see from the photos and stories below.
