Chihorn is a high school student, and he studies in grade 11. He lives with his auntie in Kandoa Village, Putsor Commune, Bati District, Takeo Province. He comes from a family of four children, and he is a third child in the family with one older sister and one younger brother and sister. He is 19 years old, and his father dead since he was young.

He has studied English at Green Umbrella’s English Center for 1 year and a half. Chihorn is a smart student. He can use the English language quite better than other students at the same level.  

In April 2019, Chihorn was selected to be an English teacher at Green Umbrella’s English Center. He has the responsibility to teach 25 students. 

Chihorn said that ” working as an English teacher is very challenging for me,  it is difficult for me to explain the lesson  to students because I’m  a little bit shy and don’t have the confidence to speak in front of people”. However, without challenges, I can’t grow up like today.  After three months later,  I noted that my knowledge has improved on how to explain students and build my confidence.
